1. Key Concepts
- PID (Account ID): The unique identification number for each sub-account, viewed on the "Account Management" page.
- UID (Member ID): The unique identification number for each team member, displayed at the entrance of the Personal Center.
- CID (Company ID): The unique identification number of the institution. An organization can have multiple accounts and members under one CID.
Please provide your pid or uid when contacting customer service for faster information locating.
2. Account Management Overview
Upon registration, the system automatically generates a main account (pid) and a super administrator (uid). The super administrator can create sub-accounts (up to 200, with the current count displayed at the top of the page), set up account groups, and create API keys within "Account Management".
- A. Account Management: View the account number (pid), name, category (Main/Sub), margin mode, and deposit permissions of all accounts (🟢 green indicates enabled, 🔴 red indicates disabled). Click
+ Create Sub-Accountin the top right corner to add a new one.
- B. Account Group Management: Group multiple sub-accounts together for unified management by business lines or trading strategies. Click
+ Create Account Groupto build a new group. - C. Account API Management: Create and manage account-level API keys. You can set permissions (Read-only, Trade, Withdraw, etc.), bind IP addresses, and set validity periods. Please keep your keys secure.
3. How to Manage Team Members and Permissions
The super administrator manages roles and members via the "Team" menu on the left. To invite a new member, enter their email, assign a role, and associate specific accounts (pid). The invitee can join once they receive the email and complete registration.
- A. Role Management: View all roles and their corresponding permissions. The platform presets five default roles, where the super administrator holds full permissions; other roles can be adjusted by clicking

- B. Member Management: View the email, role, account status, and identity verification status of all team members.

+ Invite Memberto add new users. - Pending Activation: You can resend/update the activation link or delete the invite.
- Activated: You can edit their role or deactivate the user.
- C. Member API Management: Manage API keys created by team members (view member name, note name, API Key, permissions, and status). An institution can hold a maximum of 50 active API keys. Click
+ Create APIto generate a new one.
4. How to Set Up Approval Workflows
In "Workflow Management", you can set up approval requirements for financial operations such as withdrawals, internal transfers, and inter-account transfers. Requests will automatically expire if approvals are not completed within the timeout period. The "Approval Management" page is used to process and view current or historical approval records.
- A. Workflow Management (divided into "Funds Management" and "Account & Enterprise Management" tabs): Click
