Cannot Access Old Email
If you can no longer access your old email (e.g., email account deactivated or password forgotten), follow these steps:
Submit a ticket: Go to XCoin Support Center and select "Account Security → Change Bound Email" to submit a request.
Identity verification: Provide the following materials as instructed by support—
Photo of the ID document used during registration (front and back)
Selfie holding the ID document with a handwritten date
Screenshot of a recent transaction on your account (for additional verification)

Complete the change: After approval, the system sends a confirmation link to your new email — click it to finalize the binding.
